HVAC-R Estimator

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
Strong knowledge of HVAC-R systems, components, and materials
Good understanding of commercial and technical aspects of HVAC projects
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating, preferably in Oil & Gas projects

Job description:

Analyze incoming inquiries (RFQ/tender documents) to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates based on project scope and requirements
Coordinate with relevant internal divisions (Engineering, Procurement, Project) to create competitive pricing
Ensure full alignment between commercial offers and technical scope, specifications, and project requirements and address any commercial issues that may arise
Monitor and support project execution from a commercial perspective, including cost control, variation orders, and contractual compliance
